Can I pause or cancel my subscription using my Hey June account?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in your customer account. Follow this link, log in to your account, and manage your subscriptions by clicking on "subscriptions" in the menu on the left.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription without a Hey June account?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal. The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also go here, enter your email address associated with your subscription, and follow the link you'll receive via email. If you pause or cancel you will receive a confirmation email of that change.
Is a hoop of the month returnable?
Hoop of the month is a nonreturnable, sent-once-a-month item. If there is a defect or error on our end, we are happy to replace or fix the item. Please reach out to help@shopheyjune.com.
Can I skip a month?
You can skip a month in your subscription portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a SKIP PAYMENT button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge and the delivery for that month.
Can I add an item to a subscription order?
Yes! Bonus: shipping is still free when you do this! To add other products to your subscription order go to your subscription portal. Then select ADD ITEM and choose which items you'd like to add. Make sure you save your changes! If there are additional items in the order on the first of the month when the orders are processed, they will ship to you with your order.
What happens if the payment can't be processed?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method. If you don't receive that email you can go here, input the email address associated with your account and you will receive an email that will link you to your subscription info. Our system will try three times over the following three days to renew the subscription and create the order.

Materials + care
Know Your Metals
For durability, longevity, and affordability, we sell jewelry that is 14k gold-filled, vermeil, or sterling silver. Different than gold-plated, gold-filled jewelry is a layer of gold bonded through heat to a brass core. Vermeil is the same, but bonded to a a sterling silver core. These metals are durable, hypoallergenic, and tarnish resistant. Your pieces have the power to last a long time! When it comes to quality and durability, only solid gold can beat what we sell. Cleaning Your Jewelry
We highly encourage you to clean your gold-filled and sterling silver pieces. Water and a mild dish soap (like Dawn) can help your jewelry stay looking fresh. We also have soft anti-tarnishing cloths that can quickly and easily clean up your gold or silver jewelry. You can get those here. It is also important to dry your jewelry after wear. Water is powerful if left on metal for long periods of time.
TAKING EXTRA CARE
All our jewelry is 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, or vermeil (gold over sterling silver). It is meant to last a long time! Here’s what you can do to make it last even longer: Store jewelry in an airtight bag; be careful about lotions and perfumes that come in contact with your jewelry; and limit exposure to water and chlorine.

Our Hoop of the Month Subscription mails out on the 7th of each month.
We offer free standard shipping for Hoop of the Month. We also offer priority shipping (3–6 days). International shipping is discounted $4.
RETURNS
Aren’t thrilled about your order? Bummer! We want to make it right! We accept unworn, untarnished items within 30 days of purchase for store credit or money back. Shipping costs are excluded. Returns are subject to a flat $7 processing fee; the fee is waived if you opt for store credit. Refunds are issued within five business days of receiving the item. Learn more.
