Shipping Information
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our small team works hard to fulfill your order within 3–5 business days (5–7 business days during the holidays and large sales events). When selecting your shipping method, please note this fulfillment time is accounted for separately.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 (5–8 days). We also offer priority shipping (3–6 days). We are based in Utah so people on the west coast get their items the fastest!Â
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer, along with shipping costs.
Return Policies and Procedures
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, email help@shopheyjune.com with your name and order number.
What is your holiday 2024 extended return policy?
Is your Hey June purchase a gift? Awesome! We know who you're giving it to will absolutely love it. And if there are any problems, we got you covered, girl! All jewelry purchased between November 1st and December 25th, 2023 can be returned for store credit by January 15, 2025.
- Jewelry must be in the same condition in which it was received. If jewelry is tangled, broken, or in any other way damaged, we can not issue your store credit.
- If your jewelry arrives defective or scratched, or if it breaks before January 31st, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.
- Please ensure that the jewelry is securely wrapped in the original packaging and placed in a padded envelope before shipping your return.
Shipping costs are excluded. You will receive your refund within five business days of the item’s safe arrival at Hey June headquarters.Â

What is your general return policy?
Aren’t thrilled about your order? Bummer! We want to make it right! We gladly accept returns within 30 days for store credit or refund. Shipping costs are excluded. Returns are subject to a flat $7 processing fee. If you choose store credit, we waive the $7 fee. You will receive your refund within five business days of the item’s safe arrival at Hey June headquarters. Items are eligible for a return as long as they are in their original condition. Items that are tarnished, heavily worn, or tangled are not eligible for return.
Clearance items are always final sale.
What is your return policy for custom-made jewelry?
On highly custom made pieces (letter necklaces, add length, or super secure clasp on Erin) there is a $5 processing fee for store credit and a $10 processing fee for your money back.
What is your return policy for defective or broken jewelry (less than 30 days from purchase)?
If your jewelry is defective, scratched or breaks within the first 30 days of purchase we will gladly replace the item free of charge. To qualify for the item to be replaced, you must email us within 30 days of purchase. If your defective item was a free gift, we will replace it with an item of equal value of our choosing.Â
What is your return policy for defective or broken jewelry (more than 30 days from purchase)?
If it has been more than 30 days since purchase, you can pay for a $12 fix it fee and we can fix your necklace in the following ways:
- Fix a chain if it has broken at the jump ring or the clasp
- Replace a faulty or broken clasp
If a necklace is broken in the middle of the chain, we can not fix it and you will need to repurchase. By purchasing the fix it fee, you agree to send the necklace to us within 14 days of purchase of the fix it fee. If you do not do this, the order will automatically archive and you will need to repurchase the fix it fee. Once we receive the product, we will fix the item and send it back to you.
What can I do if I ordered the wrong length of jewelry?
If you have ordered a wrong length of necklace, bracelet, or anklet we highly recommend purchasing our removable two inch extender. This will give added length to any jewelry piece.Â
If this won’t work, we suggest you return your necklace and repurchase the length you want.
What do I do if my jewelry tarnishes?
All Hey June jewelry is 14k gold filled, sterling silver or vermeil (14k gold plated over sterling silver) and is anti-tarnish. That means with the proper care it will retain its color and shine. Please read our jewelry care guide for information on how to keep your pieces looking pristine for the longest amount of time possible. If your jewelry tarnishes we offer the following:
- WITHIN 30 DAYS:Â We will replace the item at no cost to you
- 31-90 DAYS:Â We will offer a one time use code to replace the item at 50% of its original cost.Â
- 90+ DAYS: We ask that customers are responsible for replacing their own items.
My huggies won't clasp, what can I do?
Your huggie earring's effectivity depends on an exact fit in the latch and when this happens they are magic! But lots of things can loosen a huggie clasp so it is common to need to adjust your huggie latch!
The post on the huggie that clicks into the latch can be easily adjusted. If your huggie is too tight, the post of the earring needs to be pushed down a little and if the post of the earring is too loose it needs to be pushed up a little. Use a little pressure to move it up or down and then try clicking it into place. This has helped us obtain a better latch. Check out the video we made to help you fix your huggies.
Ordering and Payment
Where can I access my order history?
Find your full order history by logging in to your Hey June account, here.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are not able to make changes to your order once it has been submitted. You will have a short window to cancel your order before it begins processing. To see if your order qualifies for cancellation, please email help@shopheyjune.com with your order number. We can not cancel an item once we have begun making and fulfilling the order.
Can I change my shipping address?
You may change your shipping address if we have not shipped your item yet. Please email help@shopheyjune.com to change your address.
If the package has already shipped, you will have to wait for the package to return to Hey June and then you can pay a $5Â shipping fee to ship it again to the correct address.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Can I include a note for a friend?
We'd love to! Just leave a note at checkout telling us what you want the note to say and we are happy to include it.
Hoop of the Month Subscription
How does the Hoop of the Month Subscription work?
Our Hoop of the Month subscription will automatically be renewed monthly. Our system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get the products to your doorstep each month, without the need to place the order yourself!
Can I pause, cancel, or skip a month for my subscription within my Hey June account?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in your customer account. Follow this link, log in to your account, and manage your subscriptions by clicking on "subscriptions" in the menu on the left.
Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge and the delivery for that month.
Can I pause, cancel, or skip a month for my subscription without a Hey June account?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the subscription portal. The subscription portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also go here, enter your email address associated with your subscription, and follow the link you'll receive via email. If you pause or cancel you will receive a confirmation email of that change.
Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge and the delivery for that month.
Can I return a subscription item?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on the Hoop of the Month. If your product arrives damaged please reach out to help@shopheyjune.com.
Can I add an item to a subscription order?
Yes! Bonus: shipping is still free when you do this! To add other products to your subscription order go to your subscription portal (through loging in to your Hey June account or going here.)Then click on add item, choose which items you'd like to add. Make sure you save your changes! If there are additional items in the order on the first of the month, when the orders are processed, they will ship to you with your order.
What happens if the payment can't be processed for my subscription?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method. If you don't receive that email you can go to the subscription portal (can be accessed through your Hey June account), and change your payment info. Our system will try three times over the following three days to renew the subscription and create the order.Â
