RETURNS

Aren’t thrilled about your order?  Bummer!  We want to make it right!  We gladly accept returns in the form of store credit or money back.  Returns are subject to a flat $7 processing fee.  If you choose store credit, we waive the $7 fee.  You will receive your refund within five business days of the item’s safe arrival at Hey June headquarters.  

Items are eligible for return as long as they are in their original condition.  Items that are tarnished, heavily worn, or tangled are not eligible for return.

Clearance items are always final sale.

CUSTOM MADE RETURNS
On highly custom made pieces (letter necklaces, add length, or super secure clasp on Erin) there is a $5 processing fee for store credit and a $10 processing fee for money back.
DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN JEWELRY (LESS THAN 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE)
If your jewelry is defective, scratched or breaks within the first 30 days of purchase we will gladly replace the item free of charge.  To qualify for the item to be replaced, you must email us within 30 days of purchase.
DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN JEWELRY (MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE)
If it has been more than 30 days since purchase, you can pay for a $12 fix it fee and we can fix your necklace in the following ways:
  • Fix a chain if it has broken at the jump ring or the clasp
  • Replace a faulty or broken clasp
If a necklace is broken in the middle of the chain, we can not fix it and you will need to repurchase.
By purchasing the fix it fee, you agree to send the necklace to us within 14 days of purchase of the fix it fee. If you do not do this, the order will automatically archive and you will need to repurchase the fix it fee.  
Once we receive the product, we will fix the item and send it back to you.
TARNISHING JEWELRY
All Hey June jewelry is 14k gold filled, sterling silver or vermeil (14k gold plated over sterling silver) and is anti-tarnish.  That means with the proper care it will retain its color and shine.  Please read our jewelry care guide for information on how to keep your pieces looking pristine for the longest amount of time possible.
If your jewelry tarnishes we offer the following:
  • WITHIN 30 DAYS:  We will replace the item at no cost to you
  • 31-90 DAYS:  We will offer a one time use code to replace the item at 50% of its original cost. 
  • 90+ DAYS: We ask that customers are responsible for replacing their own items

CANCELING AN ORDER

You may cancel an order and receive a full refund if our team has not started fulfilling the item yet.  To see if your order qualifies for cancellation, please email help@shopheyjune.com with your order number.  We can not cancel an item once we have begun making and fulfilling the order.

CHANGING A SHIPPING ADDRESS

You may change your shipping address if we have not shipped your item yet.  Please email help@shopheyjune.com to change your address.

If the package has already shipped, you will have to wait for the package to return to Hey June and then you can pay a $5  shipping fee to ship it again to the correct address.

WRONG LENGTH

If you have ordered a wrong length of necklace, bracelet, or anket we highly recommend purchasing our removable two inch extender. This will give added length to any jewelry piece. 

If this won’t work, we suggest you return your necklace and repurchase the length you want.  To do this, please see our process for returns. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
