Vermeil is the same, but bonded to a a sterling silver core. These metals are durable, hypoallergenic, and tarnish resistant. Your pieces have the power to last a long time! We highly encourage you to clean your gold-filled and sterling silver pieces. Water and a mild dish soap (like Dawn) can help your jewelry stay looking fresh. We also have soft anti-tarnishing cloths that can quickly and easily clean up your gold or silver jewelry. You can get those here. It is also important to dry your jewelry after wear. Water is powerful if left on metal for long periods of time.

All our jewelry is 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, or vermeil (gold over sterling silver). It is meant to last a long time! Here’s what you can do to make it last even longer: Store jewelry in an airtight bag; be careful about lotions and perfumes that come in contact with your jewelry; and limit exposure to water and chlorine.

Our small team works hard to fulfill your order within 3–5 business days (5–7 business days during the holidays and large sales events). When selecting your shipping method, please note this fulfillment time is accounted for separately.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 (5–8 days). We also offer priority shipping (3–6 days).

Aren’t thrilled about your order? Bummer! We want to make it right! We accept unworn, untarnished items within 30 days of purchase for store credit or money back. Shipping costs are excluded. Returns are subject to a flat $7 processing fee; the fee is waived if you opt for store credit. Refunds are issued within five business days of receiving the item. Learn more.
