A brand new pair of never before seen hoops or huggies mailed to you each month.  You sign up once, the hoops show up on their own.  And you save on the price of the hoop AND on shipping. Your subscription will renew each following month on the first day of the month.  Your hoops will ship out by the 7th of each month.

For subsequent months your card will always be charged $25 the first day of the month and ship out by the seventh of each month.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription using my Hey June account?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in your customer account. Follow this link, log in to your account, and manage your subscriptions by clicking on "subscriptions" in the menu on the left.

Can I pause or cancel a subscription without a Hey June account?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal. The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also go here, enter your email address associated with your subscription, and follow the link you'll receive via email. If you pause or cancel you will receive a confirmation email of that change.

Is a hoop of the month returnable?

You can return the hoops for store credit. Due to system limitations, you can not apply the store credit to future hoop of the month purchases. If there is a defect or error on our end, we are happy to replace or fix the item. Please reach out to help@shopheyjune.com.

Can I skip a month?

You can skip a month in your subscription portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a SKIP PAYMENT button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge and the delivery for that month.

Can I add an item to a subscription order?

Yes! Bonus: shipping is still free when you do this! To add other products to your subscription order go to your subscription portal. Then select ADD ITEM and choose which items you'd like to add. Make sure you save your changes! If there are additional items in the order on the first of the month when the orders are processed, they will ship to you with your order.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method. If you don't receive that email you can go here, input the email address associated with your account and you will receive an email that will link you to your subscription info. Our system will try three times over the following three days to renew the subscription and create the order. 

Gift Subscription FAQs

Do I need to manually cancel my subscription after my prepaid months have ended?

No, your subscription will not renew after the prepaid months have ended. The recipient will stop receiving hoops and you won't be charged further, unless you choose to renew.

What if I want my subscription to continue after my prepaid months have ended?

You will need to resubscribe from the Hoop of the Month product page.

How does subscription management work? Can the recipient manage their subscription?

The subscription is linked to the email address supplied at checkout. We highly recommend that the gift giver manages the subscription. It is possible to change the email address to the receivers in the subscription portal, but then all billing info, etc will be accessible by the gift receiver, and the gift giver will no longer have access. 

The subscription portal can be accessed through emails sent to the email supplied at checkout, or through your Hey June account with that email address on file. The billing information is accessible through the subscription portal. It is also possible to add more products to the order through the subscription portal. 

How do I make sure that the hoops are shipped to the right person?

When you check out, make sure that you enter the recipient's name and address in the “Ship to” section. If you make a mistake, you can edit this in the subscription portal in the Hey June account connected to the email address input when you purchased the gift. You can not purchase items going to a different address in the same order. 

Can I purchase now and delay delivery closer to Christmas/Valentine’s Day/Mother’s Day?

No, we are so sorry, this is not an option at this time. When you order, the first hoop of the month will be shipped on our normal fulfillment and shipping schedule, the second order will be shipped on the first day of the next month. As a workaround, you can have the order shipped to you and then change the delivery address in the subscription portal for orders going forward. Alternatively, you can order in the month that you would like the earrings to start arriving.

Can I pause my subscription?

You can not pause the subscription because of the prepaid nature of the gift. The hoops will be sent each month for the subscription term.

If they are not happy with their gift, is there a way to cancel my subscription early?

Yes, you can reach out to our customer service team at help@shopheyjune.com and cancel the remaining portion of your gift. The gift giver will receive store credit for the remaining value. 

Can the hoops be returned?

If there is a defect or problem with the hoops, you can reach out to our customer service team at help@shopheyjune.com and they will help you with a replacement. If the gift recipient just doesn’t like them, they can be exchanged once per gift subscription for a pair of equal or lesser value.

I am not sure if they will like gold or silver jewelry, can they switch after they receive the gift?

As of now, no, they cannot.

Know Your Metals

For durability, longevity, and affordability, we sell jewelry that is 14k gold-filled, vermeil, or sterling silver. Different than gold-plated, gold-filled jewelry is a layer of gold bonded through heat to a brass core. Vermeil is the same, but bonded to a a sterling silver core. These metals are durable, hypoallergenic, and tarnish resistant. Your pieces have the power to last a long time! Cleaning Your Jewelry

We highly encourage you to clean your gold-filled and sterling silver pieces. Water and a mild dish soap (like Dawn) can help your jewelry stay looking fresh. We also have soft anti-tarnishing cloths that can quickly and easily clean up your gold or silver jewelry. You can get those here. It is also important to dry your jewelry after wear. Water is powerful if left on metal for long periods of time.

TAKING EXTRA CARE

All our jewelry is 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, or vermeil (gold over sterling silver). It is meant to last a long time! Here’s what you can do to make it last even longer: Store jewelry in an airtight bag; be careful about lotions and perfumes that come in contact with your jewelry; and limit exposure to water and chlorine.

We offer free standard shipping for Hoop of the Month. We also offer priority shipping (3–6 days). International shipping is discounted $4.

RETURNS

Aren’t thrilled about your order? Bummer! We want to make it right! We accept unworn, untarnished items within 30 days of purchase for store credit or money back. Shipping costs are excluded. Returns are subject to a flat $7 processing fee; the fee is waived if you opt for store credit. Refunds are issued within five business days of receiving the item. Learn more.
